Mission:
The foundation aims to spread the gospel and provide voluntary pastoral support to people in need, especially focusing on communities seeking church engagement. Activities are carried out by qualified pastors and clergy, emphasizing inclusivity and the Christian faith.
Vision:
Building a stronger spiritual community through evangelism, mutual support, and assisting vulnerable groups. The foundation focuses on fostering inclusiveness in all activities.
Objectives:
Enhance visibility and impact through weekly services, Bible study groups, and outreach activities.
Offer spiritual and social support to vulnerable communities via collaborations with local and international partners.
Strengthen pastoral care for members and their families through counseling, prayer meetings, and personal guidance.
Financial Overview (2024–2029):
The foundation relies on donations, grants, and fundraising to sustain activities. Planned annual income grows from €50,000 in 2024 to €75,000 in 2029, ensuring reserves to support unexpected expenses and new initiatives.

Weekly programs and Bible studies teaching and preaching.
Community outreach, such as food distribution and youth programs.
Partnerships with other organizations to amplify efforts.
Transparent reporting and annual evaluations.
Organizational Structure
The board of the foundation consists of a minimum of two and a maximum of five members.
The current board members are:
Chairman: Mr. W.O. Akinso
Treasurer: Mrs. V.E. Osobase
Secretary: Mr. O.S. Olaleye
The board holds collective authority and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the foundation.
Remuneration Policy
Board Expense Reimbursement: Yes
The reimbursement is applied in accordance with the volunteer compensation scheme, proportionally per occurrence per person (m/f), up to the legally permitted maximum per month and per year.
Staff Remuneration Policy:
Currently, no collective labor agreement (CAO) or salary structure is in place.
All work is carried out on a voluntary basis, in accordance with the aforementioned point regarding board expense reimbursement.
